Spiritual direction is a sacred space that we create together.
Let’s slow down, breathe deeply, and pay attention to how God is showing up in your life.
This isn’t counseling, coaching, or the traditional model of discipleship. Think of it more like a soul companion who walks with you—listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and helping you trace the threads of God’s presence in the tapestry of your story.
Whether your life feels like a tangled-up mess or you’re just sensing that something is stirring in your spirit, spiritual direction offers a safe, confidential space to notice, reflect, and discern. Together, we look for where the Holy Spirit might be inviting, challenging, or simply comforting you in the quiet.
No need to have it all figured out. You’re welcome to show up confused, weary, hopeful, skeptical, grieving, or just plain curious. This is space for the real you, in real time, with a real God.
Who Is Spiritual Direction For?

Spiritual direction is especially valuable for clergy, missionaries, and other kingdom workers—those who are often pouring out and rarely asked how they’re doing with God. If you’re in a role that keeps you behind the scenes and out of the ministry spotlight, spiritual direction is a space to be truly seen and known.
Note: Spiritual direction is not a replacement for counseling or crisis care. If you’re in a season of acute distress or trauma, it’s important to seek help from a licensed mental health professional.

I currently offer the following services…
- Individual Spiritual Direction. One-on-one meetings that are available in-person or over Zoom.
- Group Spiritual Direction. Groups of 4-6 that meet for a facilitated spiritual direction experience.
- Staff/Team Spiritual Direction. Customized group spiritual direction experience for a small staff team.
